Bridge Loan Details

Loan Ranges: $500,000 - $25       million

Interest Rates: 8.0% - 12.0%        *See APR Calculation Below

 

Prepayment: Allowed after            a minimum month lockout        period or half the Loan Term,      whichever is longer.

 

Purpose: Acquisition,                    Refinance, Redevelopment

 

Term: 6 to 24 months

 

Points: 1% - 3%

 

Payment Method: Monthly I/O       available

*All loans are subject to full underwriting for loan approvals and as such actual terms will vary.  Annual percentage rate ("APR") will vary based on loan amount, fees, term, and interest rate.  For example, a $1,000,000 loan at 10% with 2% points, and a 24 month amortization will have an APR of approximately 11.988%.
